David's
A short documentary featuring David and Richard Markowitz explaining the history and importance of David's, a landmark independently owned shoe store providing high fashion internationally hand picked luxury shoes in downtown Toronto, raised and maintained by the family as a true David and Goliath story. The documentary was created by Henry VanderSpek. Interviews conducted by Henry VanderSpek. Edited by Christian Jacobsen for the Old World Shoes exhibition, celebrating independent shoe repair stores of Toronto. December 2nd 2021 - Jan 3, 2022. What Normal Boys Do
A father discovers his son partaking in a seemingly embarrassing act in the privacy of his room and must come to terms with what he believes is normal and what normal actually is...whatever that means. What exactly is normal? The film was selected to show at the 2020 Toronto Short Film Festival along with three other acting nominations and a win for Max Steinberg (Son).

A short documentary offering a window into the GH (Golden Horseshoe) graffiti crew based in Toronto and the surrounding GTA. Humanizing and eyeopening, Two veteran artists discuss their past and the nature of the very young, unique and quickly changing graffiti culture in Toronto, threatened and promoted by Instagram and the cellphone.

Anarkali
Anarkali's third season fully encompasses the bittersweet humour of growing up while navigating relationships but also the very real difficulties young women living in the hybrid Canadian-Indian sphere face. Rakhi Mutta's dedicated following on YouTube shows us that many in Canada resonate with Anarkali and look for more relatable content such as this.
